You come into Box Nutrition in Birmingham for your lab assessment. We measure your VO₂max, Critical Speed, and (on the Full Lab) your LT1 and LT2 through blood lactate testing. 75 minutes. Real data. Nothing estimated.
Your results load straight into Run Pace Pal. Your 6 training zones generate automatically — all anchored to your actual physiology. We identify your limiter: is it your aerobic base? Your threshold? Your speed reserve?
Your first 4-week training block generates from your zones. Every session has a specific pace target. Every run has a purpose. Export directly to Garmin. Train with precision.

ABOUT JACK
I'm Jack. I have an MSc in Sports Science, I'm VDOT qualified, HYROX Level 1 certified, and I've tested hundreds of runners in my lab at Box Nutrition in Birmingham.
I played rugby until my body said no. When that ended I needed something — and running gave it back. But I couldn't find a training system that matched the seriousness I used to bring to training camp. Data, structure, measurable progress. So I built one.
I'm not the fastest person in the room. I'm the one who can look at your data and tell you exactly what's holding you back — and exactly what to do about it. That's a different kind of useful.
